We have a mailing list intended for our users to discuss Cubit issues and to use for a help resource. It also carries announcements that we feel are of interest to our user community. To subscribe to this list, send an email to majordomo@scico.sandia.gov with the body of the messaging consisting of "subscribe cubit". To send mail use cubit@sandia.gov

Cubit-announce mailing list

We have set up a mailing list that will only carry announcements that we feel will be of interest to our users. If you are subscribed to our cubit@sandia.gov mailing list, you do NOT need to subscribe to the cubit-announce@sandia.gov list, as announcements will be echoed on it also. To subscribe to the new announcements mailing list, send an email to majordomo@sandia.gov, with the body of the message consisting of "subscribe cubit-announce".

CUBIT Customer Support Plan

The following PDF document describes the current processes in place for customer support. This is in response to information requested by DART (Design Through Anaysis Realiztion Team). The CUBIT project is an active and key player in the DART project at Sandia.

To obtain technical support with any issue regarding use or installation of CUBIT, use the following email address. Someone will usually answer your question with 24 hours. Please DO NOT send classified or OUO files to this address. Please just send an email to cubit-help requesting assistance without the part, with a note that the part is OUO, and then we will make secure arrangements to get the OUO part from you.
